About Me

Helping with anxiety, phobias, and
performance blocks.

My way

For more than a decade, I lived the demanding and deeply meaningful life of a neurosurgeon—long hours, high stakes, and the weight of life-and-death decisions. It taught me resilience, respect for the human body, and a profound understanding of what truly matters. At the same time, I often felt as though I was constantly fighting fires, stepping in only after damage had already occurred, rather than helping people avoid suffering in the first place.

With time, I realised that pushing harder wasn’t the only way forward. Stepping away from the intensity of neurosurgery opened the space for a different kind of medicine—one that focuses on prevention, transformation, and working with the mind as the most powerful instrument for change. What I had sensed intuitively for years, I later expanded through training and science: our mind is not separate from our health—it actively shapes it.

Today, as a GP and a specialist in hypnotherapy and NLP, I help people overcome internal barriers that limit their wellbeing, performance, and emotional balance. My work unites medical knowledge with the subconscious mind’s remarkable capacity to heal, creating a space where the body, mind, and sense of self work together rather than against one another. This is where real, lasting wellbeing begins, and where prevention finally becomes possible rather than an afterthought.

My qualification

A strong foundation in medicine, neurosurgery, and therapeutic practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to commonly asked questions about NLP or Hypnotherapy sessions

You need a quiet place with no significant distractions, reliable internet connection and ideally a comfortable place to sit and relax for the duration of online session (30-60 minutes)

NO, you can’t get stuck in hypnosis forever. In the worst case scenario, if a connection drops and you were not taken out of hypnosis, you’ll just sleep it over. I usually advise clients to set an alarm for 1.5 hour since the start of the session to make sure you don’t miss any important arrangements

That’s why I offer a free discovery call to meet up and discuss how I can help and how exactly you’d like to work on the issue. If we match well, we can proceed to the therapy session after that

There is an options to work “content free” if you feel that you’d prefer not to disclose what the issue is about

Many people notice results after just one session of NLP or Hypnotherapy. However, deeper and more lasting change takes time, as the subconscious continues to integrate the work over weeks or even months. This allows new neural pathways to form more securely and the full effects to unfold gradually

Generally I prefer to avoid Hypnotherapy in patients with epilepsy and severe psychiatric conditions. In this case NLP options with similar purpose may be a safer option
