About Me

I’m Dr. Mila Morris, passionate about understanding and optimising the human mind and overall health. I believe each of us has the ability to improve our wellbeing, enhance longevity, grow into better versions of ourselves, and truly get more out of the life we’re given.

I help people with anxiety, performance blocks, and phobias to overcome limiting patterns, so they can feel confident, focused, and free to perform at their best in life, sports, or work

As a former neurosurgeon, I have an in-depth knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the nervous system. My journey in medicine gave me profound insight into the intricate workings of the brain, but my thirst for knowledge has never stopped. I continuously explore new discoveries about the brain’s functions and, more importantly, how we can use this knowledge to promote healing and success.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy are powerful methods for accessing the deeper “software” of the mind. By working with the subconscious, we can unlock potential, reshape limiting thought patterns, and create lasting, meaningful change. I support clients with a wide range of challenges, with a particular focus on phobias, social anxiety, and panic attacks.

My approach integrates these therapeutic tools with evidence-based neuroscience, current neurological research, and the biochemistry and physiology of both brain function and whole-body health. I work at the intersection of how the brain communicates with the body and how those biological processes influence mood, performance, and long-term wellbeing. This includes health optimisation, longevity science, and physical, mental, and cognitive training, helping individuals build resilience and preserve their health across the lifespan.

My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to realize their full potential and improve their overall well-being.
